What We Offer

ESG Insurance can get your company 100% compliant with both MEC and MVP plans, and have made arrangements to provide PPACA (Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act) compliant coverage to all employees of your company. We are delighted to be able to bring heavily discounted pricing, along with the posted PPACA Minimum Essential Coverage requirements to all Full Time Employees.

Each employee will be enrolled in the required coverage. This enrollment will fulfill the employer requirement to provide the Minimum Essential Coverage requirements and will fulfill each employee’s requirement for the Individual Mandate. This will allow employers and each employee to eliminate the penalties as outlined below.

Penalty Prevention 1

Employers that have > 100 employees can prevent the $2,000.00 penalty on all benefit eligible employees by offering a MEC plan.

Penalty Prevention 2

Employers that offer an MVP plan that is deemed affordable to the employees are not subject to the $3,000.00 penalty assessed for those individuals receiving subsidies for qualifying coverage.

Penalty Prevention 3

2% of your yearly household income. (Only the amount of income above the tax filing threshold, about $10,000 for an individual, is used to calculate the penalty.)

Penalty Prevention 4

$325 per person for the year ($162.50 per child under 18). The maximum penalty per family using this method is $975.

All benefits are Guarantee Issue (meaning, everyone is eligible and covered, without answering health questions).
Depending on the coverage, Employer’s may or may not share in the cost.
